What Is BetUS?
BetUS is an offshore sportsbook, casino, poker room and racebook that has been trading since 1994. Thirty-two years is longer than most of this category has existed, and it shows in the product: a proper racebook, contest pools, a rules section running to twenty separate pages, and a call centre with a PIN system.

The casino rollover is 30x twice
This is the line that changes the maths, quoted from the Casino General Terms:
“All casino bonuses carry a two-time 30x playthrough requirement on the bonus and released amounts before a withdrawal can be requested.”
Thirty times to release the bonus, then thirty times again on what was released. A $500 casino bonus is not $15,000 of turnover. It is $15,000, and then another $15,000 on the released balance. Inside seven days.
There is a further clause on top: after any payout, all casino deposit bonuses carry a three-time maximum release until the payout amount has been covered.
And the casino games you can use are limited

What Does the BetUS Rollover Actually Count?
Less than you think, and the rules are specific enough to be worth spelling out. BetUS publishes them properly, which is to its credit, but almost nobody reads a page called Bonus Rollover Betting Rules.
Lower of risk or win
Rollover counts the smaller of what you risked and what you stood to win. BetUS gives its own example: a $220-to-win-$200 bet contributes $200, and a $100-to-win-$140 bet contributes $100. Two wagers, $320 staked, $300 credited.
If you bet favourites at -140 or shorter, every bet contributes less than you staked.
Baseball counts half
Straight from the rules: “Baseball wagers only count as 50% when calculating rollover.” Risk $130 to win $100 on MLB and $50 goes toward your requirement.
For an MLB bettor working through an 18x rollover, that is 36x in practice. Nothing on the promotions page mentions it.
The $2,000 ceiling
“Only the first $2,000 of any applicable wager will count towards the rollover.” Bet $5,000 on a game and $2,000 counts. The rules also state that placing multiple wagers on the same line and event to get around this still caps at $2,000 total.
What does not count at all
- Props, futures and quarters: zero
- Pushes and cancelled events: zero
- Free play wagers: zero
- Live betting: only full game or half timelines count
- Preseason: NBA and NFL count, NHL and MLB do not
- Both sides of an event: neither wager counts, and BetUS may cancel one or both
Eligible sports are a fixed list: NFL, NCAA and XFL football, CFL, NBA, NCAA and WNBA basketball, MLB, NHL, boxing, UFC, MMA, golf matchups, tennis and soccer. Horses count except futures and props.
The bustout reset
One clause worth knowing: “A rollover will reset once a successful deposit is made after a bustout.” If your balance and pending wagers hit $0 and you redeposit, the rollover clock starts again.

How Good Is the BetUS Sportsbook?
Good at what it targets, thin everywhere else.
Coverage and pricing
NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, college football and basketball, plus a proper racebook. NBA main markets price at -110 both sides for an overall margin around 4.7%.
That is competitive: sharper than Sportsbet.io at 5.00% and Vave at 4.91%, behind Rakebit’s 4.29%. For a book that is not crypto-native, holding that line on NBA is a genuine result.
Bet types you will not find elsewhere
Straights, parlays, teasers, IF bets and reverse bets. Teasers and reverses are US-specific structures that almost no crypto-native book supports, and if you use them they are a reason to be here rather than at a Curaçao startup.

Two clauses worth knowing

Has the BetUS Site Got Better?
Visually, yes. Technically, no.
The sportsbook opens as a guided summary rather than a dense odds board, navigation is clear, readability is good, and bet placement is fast. Rotation-number and team search both work well.
Lab performance still lags on desktop and mobile, and there is no meaningful PWA advantage. Day-to-day use feels better than the scores suggest, which is the same story as Sportsbet.io: good design sitting on an engine nobody has optimised.

Pick one. The terms offer four.

- Clause 1.4 says the terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands Antilles, and you submit to the jurisdiction of Netherlands Antilles courts
- Clauses 2.9 and 5.x refer again to authorities in the Netherlands Antilles
- Clause 7.5 refers to “requests from the statutory authorities in Gibraltar“
- The domain is .com.pa, Panama, and the Trustpilot profile lists a Panama address
The Netherlands Antilles does not exist
It was dissolved on 10 October 2010. Curaçao and Sint Maarten became separate constituent countries; Bonaire, Saba and Sint Eustatius became Dutch municipalities. There are no Netherlands Antilles courts to submit to.
The terms carry a “LAST UPDATED: MARCH 11TH, 2025” stamp, so this clause was reviewed fifteen years after the jurisdiction it names ceased to be.
And the same document bans residents of the Netherlands Antilles from registering. BetUS blocks players from a country it claims as its own legal forum.
In practice this is dead boilerplate rather than evidence of anything sinister. But a governing-law clause is the one part of a terms document that only matters when things go wrong, and this one points nowhere.
