Bspin publishes two near-identical Terms documents on its docs site, one dated June 2022 and one updated more recently. Only the second names the operator. Between them they contain several clauses that matter more than anything on the marketing pages.
Liability Is Capped at €100
Clause 12.5:
our total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed (a) the value of the bets and or wagers you placed… or (b) EUR €100 in aggregate, whichever is lower.
Note “whichever is lower”. WSM Casino caps at €500 and we called that the harshest in the set. BC.GAME caps at your account balance. A hundred euros is a different order of magnitude, and it applies no matter how large the balance in dispute.
Seven Days to Complain, Sixty Days of Records
Clause 19.4 gives you seven days from settlement to lodge a dispute, after which no claim is honoured.
Clause 6.12 then states: “Bspin.io keeps the data on the betting history for not longer than 60 days.”
Sixty days of betting records, against eleven years of personal data retention in the Privacy Policy. The records Bspin keeps longest are the ones about you, not the ones you would need to prove a claim. Export your bet history if anything looks wrong.
$5 a Month on Idle Accounts
Clause 6.15, and it is not mentioned anywhere on the site itself:
Bspin.io does not block or suspend Inactive accounts… but we keep right to after 6 months of inactivity we start charging inactivity fee in amount of 5$ per month.
Milder than Betplay, which takes the entire balance at six months, and milder than WSM’s 10% a month. Still a charge on money you are not touching, with no stated notice period.
You Warrant That You Are Not an Addict
Clause 3.18 is in the list of things every player represents and warrants on signup:
You are a mentally competent person and you do not suffer from gambling addiction. In case a person with such a problem enters the Site – the responsibility lies on their side only.
BC.GAME lists gambling addiction as grounds to block an account, which is bad framing. This is worse. It makes a problem gambler contractually warrant that they are not one, then assigns them sole responsibility for the consequences. The same document offers a self-exclusion tool a few clauses later.
Balances Can Be Transferred to the State
Clause 6.3, covering account closure for breach:
we may cancel and/or void any of your bets and withhold any money in your account (including the deposit). Money from account will be either transfer to state or put on hold until you comply with terms.
Nothing else we have reviewed contemplates handing a player’s balance to a government. Which state, under what process, is not specified.
The One Clause That Got Better
Added around mid-2026, clause 24 defines a “Material Integrity Failure” and sets out what happens when a game goes wrong. It is the best-drafted section in the document.
Where a failure is confirmed, the affected round is void, the stake returns to the balance it came from, and “only transactions directly traceable to the affected round will be adjusted.” Even where Bspin establishes deliberate exploitation, clause 24.4 ends with a real carve-out: “Unstaked deposits and funds not connected with the prohibited activity will remain payable to the Customer.”
That sits awkwardly next to clause 11.1, which still voids all bets on any system error. The newer clause is narrower and fairer; the older one was never removed.
Restricted Countries
The USA, France, the Netherlands and the whole Kingdom including Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, Saba, Aruba, Curaçao and Sint Maarten, Australia, the United Kingdom and Spain, all with territories.
Rewards are also limited to one per person, account, household, address, email and IP, extending to shared environments like universities, libraries and workplaces.

The Licence on the Site Is Not the Licence in the Terms
Start with what is confirmed. The Terms of Services names the operator:
The Service is owned by Pixel Gaming LTD a limited liability company registered in Comoros with company registration number 15699
Bspin markets an Anjouan licence, number ALSI-092404013-F12. Anjouan is part of the Union of Comoros, so the company registration is consistent with that.
The problem is that no Anjouan licence number appears anywhere in the Terms. What appears instead is a different regulator entirely. Clause 19.6, on escalating a dispute:
the Customer has the right to lodge a complaint with our licensing body Gaming Services Provider N.V.
Gaming Services Provider N.V. is a Curaçao entity, and clause 23.6 doubles down by putting the whole agreement under Curaçao law with Curaçao courts holding exclusive jurisdiction.
So the binding legal document tells you to complain to a Curaçao licensor under Curaçao law, while the website advertises an Anjouan licence. WSM Casino carries the same stale Gaming Services Provider N.V. reference, which suggests both are running unupdated boilerplate from the old Curaçao master-licence system.
There is a final absurdity. Curaçao is on Bspin’s own restricted-countries list in clause 4.3. Players cannot access the site from the jurisdiction whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction over their disputes.
