Fairspin used to run as Techcore Holding B.V., a Curaçao company under a Curaçao Gaming Control Board certificate. As of the terms dated 16 July 2026, that company appears nowhere in any Fairspin policy document. Not in the Terms of Service, not in the AML policy, not in the KYC policy, not in dispute resolution.

The operator is now Sorta Group Limitada, registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-908265, at San Pedro, Barrio Dent, San José. It holds an Anjouan Gaming Authority licence, number ALSI-202508047-FI2. Payments run through a separate Cyprus entity, Veltria Ltd (HE 479000, Larnaca), contractually authorised to process every deposit and withdrawal.

Governing law is Anjouan. Exclusive court jurisdiction is Anjouan. The old advice to escalate a complaint to the Curaçao regulator is dead, and anyone still following it is writing to a body with no authority over this operator.

Costa Rica incorporation with an Anjouan licence is the same structure Flush moved to. It is a lighter-touch regime than Curaçao’s new framework. The one genuine improvement is that Fairspin names an independent arbitrator above itself, which is covered further down.

Clause 5.14 Ends the Discussion

Buried in the payouts section of the Terms of Service is the sentence that decides whether this bonus is worth anything:

the maximum withdrawal amount from any bonus (including deposit bonuses, no-deposit bonuses, free spins and free bets) after completing the wagering requirements cannot exceed the initial bonus amount credited

Read that again. Not five times the bonus, the way Rollino and Casino Joy cap theirs. One times.

Deposit $100 on the first offer and you get $200 in bonus funds. Clearing 45x means $9,000 of turnover, at a maximum bet of 10 USDT, inside three days. Do all of that perfectly and the most you can withdraw from it is $200.

You cannot profit from this bonus. You can only recover it. Nine thousand dollars of slot turnover, in seventy-two hours, for the chance to break even on the free money.

The 5% is the part that counts, and the daily no-wager cashback from Steel upward is the genuine reward.

Cashback does not apply to sports bets. The loyalty system is casino-facing throughout.
