The Terms Behind the Headline

• Rollover: 30x unless the individual offer says otherwise

Daily Rakeback Starts at Silver 1

Real money, no wagering, credited daily at 00:05 UTC, calculated as real money bets × your level percentage × the game category percentage.

The catch is the clock. Unclaimed rakeback is cancelled at 00:00 UTC and replaced with the following day’s. Miss a day and yesterday’s is gone. It also only becomes available at Silver 1, which is level 4, so the first 1,000 Jack Points earn none.

Sports T&C clause 7.10 bans arbitrage strategy outright, with permanent restriction from the sportsbook as the penalty and decisions made at the sportsbook’s discretion, final.

The main Terms go further. Wager Before You Withdraw

Clause 9.1 splits by product. On slots, casino games and live games your deposit must be wagered 2x. On the sportsbook you need one bet of at least 50% of your deposit. Cashbacks carry no wagering requirement at all.

Then there is clause 7.11, which most players will never see coming: if FortuneJack suspects you are using the site as a mixer, meaning depositing and withdrawing similar amounts without real play, it can apply a 5x deposit wagering requirement.

Terms That Cost You Money

5% a Month Until the Balance Is Zero

Clause 2.7. Twelve consecutive months without a transaction makes the account dormant. You get an email up to 30 days beforehand, and logging in reactivates it.

If they cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, a 5% administrative fee per month applies, and the terms state it plainly: “Fees on inactive accounts can bring Your Account balance to zero.”

The 30-day warning is better than Fairspin’s silent 180-day reset. The outcome, eventually, is the same.

Seven Business Days to Raise a Dispute

Clause 12.2: no claim or dispute is considered more than 7 business days after the original transaction. Settled sports markets are final after 72 hours and no queries are accepted afterwards.

Clause 12.1 states the company’s records are “the final authority” and that you have no right to dispute its decisions on those matters. Appeals go to a Support Manager whose re-review is “final and binding” within 14 business days.

Clause 12.6 mentions Alternative Dispute Resolution but names no ADR body, then requires you to consent to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority. Fairspin, by comparison, names EGIS-FZCO as an actual arbitrator you can write to.

Miss Their Phone Call and Lose the Balance

Clause 8.5. As part of verification, FortuneJack may request a phone call on the number you registered. If the number is wrong, missing or false, or you do not answer despite multiple attempts within a reasonable period, they reserve the right to block the account and confiscate all funds on it.

Keep your phone number current, and answer unknown numbers if you have a pending withdrawal.

One Account, Broadly Defined

Clause 2.5 lets FortuneJack treat an account held by your family, household, relative, friend or otherwise connected person as a second account of yours. Where it decides you have multiple accounts, it can block and terminate all of them and confiscate all funds.

Player-to-player transfers are also prohibited, and there is a specific roulette clause: covering 70% or more of the table, more than 25 of 36 numbers, counts as suspected fund transfer between players.

Full CDD kicks in at published thresholds:

Same company also runs playwave.club. One inconsistency in the paperwork: the AML policy gives registration number CE-2024-206981 for the same entity at the same address that the footer numbers 3-102-914970.

Nine Restricted Countries, and Hungary Is Not One

The prohibited territories list is short: Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom and the USA, plus all FATF-blacklisted countries and anything the Anjouan Gaming Board adds.

Nine named countries against Fairspin’s sixty and MyBookie’s hundred-plus. If you are in most of Europe, this is one of the few sites in this segment that will actually take you.
