That blacklist is worth reading before you claim anything. How Do Forza.bet Withdrawals Work?
Three documents, three different answers
Forza.bet publishes withdrawal limits in more than one place and the numbers do not agree.
The Terms and Conditions say weekly limits range from $5,000 to $25,000 and monthly limits from $25,000 to $50,000, depending on account status and verification level.
The AML Policy on the same site says there is a limit of three withdrawals per day, with a total daily and monthly cap of 15,000 EUR, and that card withdrawals or bank transfers above 7,500 EUR in a week need additional checks and director approval.
A monthly cap of €15,000 and a monthly range of $25,000-$50,000 cannot both be true. Before you deposit anything you plan to win with, ask support in writing which document governs, and keep the answer.
Your limit depends on how much you gamble
This is the clause that should make you stop and read twice. The terms set your withdrawal ceiling by “Gaming Activity Assessment”, judged on three criteria:
- Frequency of Play: consistent and regular participation
- Bet Volume: a high number of bets across various games
- Increasing Stakes: “demonstrated progression in wager amounts”
The terms then state plainly that players with limited or irregular activity “may be subject to reduced withdrawal thresholds”.
Read that as a system and it is ugly. Bet more often, bet on more games, and raise your stakes over time, and you are permitted to take more of your own money out. Play carefully and your access to your balance shrinks. Most operators reward loyalty with cashback. This one rewards escalation with permission.
The 3x deposit rollover
Separate from any bonus, the terms require you to play through your active deposited amounts at least 3 times before a withdrawal, described as an anti-money-laundering measure. Deposit €300 with no bonus and you need €900 of turnover before the cashier will process anything.
Other cashier terms worth knowing
- Minimum withdrawal: 50 EUR. Minimum deposit: 20 EUR.
- Processing: up to 24 hours, occasionally up to 72.
- Fees: none from Forza.bet on crypto; network fees apply. Bank transfers can attract intermediary charges up to 100 EUR.
- Same-method rule: withdrawals must return to the method you deposited with.
- Installments: the company reserves the right to pay substantial wins in monthly installments.
- Wrong-chain deposits: no recovery attempted below 1 BTC, and above that a 0.1 BTC fee applies with no guarantee of success.
- Dormant accounts: after 12 months inactive, a monthly admin fee applies. The terms leave the amount blank, printing “a monthly administrative fee of …or the equivalent in another currency”.
That 1 BTC recovery floor is the harshest in this category. BitStarz sets the same 0.1 BTC fee but attempts recovery above $5,000. Forza.bet will not look at a misrouted deposit unless it is worth six figures.
And a blank number in a fee clause is not a small thing. You are agreeing to a charge whose size the operator has not written down.
Supported coins and buying crypto
BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, USDT, XRP, TRX, BNB and USDC, all instant on deposit and same-day out, with no Forza-side fee. Confirmations range from 1 on XRP to 20 on ETH. Changelly handles card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank-transfer purchases of crypto inside the cashier.
Note that the accepted account currencies are EUR, USD and GBP, and the internal operating currency is EUR, so cross-currency play carries conversion spread on both sides.
📌 Verdict: The mechanics are fine and the fees are honest. The rules around them are not settled, and the one rule that is written clearly ties your withdrawal ceiling to how much you escalate your betting. Keep balances small and withdraw regularly.
Does Forza.bet Require KYC?
Yes. The terms reserve verification at first withdrawal as standard, and the KYC policy states that no transaction can be made with incomplete identity verification.
Documents requested are the usual set: ID or passport, proof of residence no older than 3 months, and copies of the cards used to deposit. Two escalations go beyond that:
- Selfie with document held near your face, at high resolution.
- Video call over Zoom or Google Meet, at the casino’s discretion, with no cashouts processed until it is done.

On VPNs the wording is unusually candid: using one to bypass a provider’s block is “not strictly prohibited but may lead to confiscation of winnings”, with decisions made case by case. That is honest and useless in equal measure. It tells you the rule is discretionary, which means you find out where the line is after you cross it.

Clean and readable. White text on dark blue, orange call-to-action buttons, quick navigation. The weak points are bright blue icons on the dark background, which sit close to the contrast floor, and the blue-on-grey used across parts of the interface.
📌 Verdict: The strongest section of this review. Desktop performance beats every rival we have measured, mobile is good apart from layout shift, and the interface is clean rather than neon-drenched. The engineering here is better than the paperwork behind it.

Licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under licence ALSI-152406053-F14.
What the footer says
Every page of the site, including the terms page itself, carries this instead: “Forzabet Casino is owned and operated by the company with identification number 3-102-970941, registered through www.rnpdigital.com. Registration Address: Provincia 01 San Jose, Canton 01 San Jose, Distrito Carmen, Barrio Escalante… Centro Corporativo AG.”
That is Costa Rica, not the British Virgin Islands. No company name is given, only a number. No licence is mentioned at all.
Why this matters
The 3-102- prefix is the standard format for a Costa Rican sociedad de responsabilidad limitada. Megapari’s operator, Vdsoft & Script Development SRL, carries 3-102-887249. The format is common in this industry.
Multi-entity structures are normal offshore. Coins.Game names a Curaçao operator and a Cyprus payment agent, and explains which does what. Forza.bet does not explain. It just states two different owners in two different jurisdictions on the same page and leaves you to pick one.
If a dispute ever went past support, the first question is which entity you contracted with. Right now the site gives two answers, and the more prominent one, in the footer of every page, names no licence and no company name at all.

Then there is the default. Every self-exclusion request begins with a mandatory 24-hour exclusion only. After that window, you must contact support again to confirm a longer period. If you take no action, the policy states the exclusion automatically expires and account access is restored.
So the person who asks to be excluded is placed on a one-day timer and then quietly let back in unless they go through support a second time. Forzabet holds a claimed Trustpilot profile from January 2026 showing 2.8/5 from 4 reviews. Every listed review is one star. All four arrived in the last 12 months. The profile states the company has not replied to any negative review.
Four is not a sample you can draw conclusions from, and we would not build a verdict on it alone. But claiming a profile and then not answering the only four reviews on it is a choice, and it is the wrong one.
The complaints are narrow and specific: ignored emails, withdrawal requests going unanswered, broken contact addresses, and one USD 288.82 withdrawal reported as pending for more than 30 days before being paid following Casino Guru mediation.
That last one is the useful data point. Not a huge sum, not a bonus dispute, just a small cashout that needed third-party mediation to move. Note also that the terms name no ADR provider, pointing only to “any independent body, gaming authority or the licensing regulator listed on the website”.

Forza.bet was offline for an extended period after our previous review, then returned on a new domain with a new bonus structure and a sportsbook marked “Soon”. A relaunch is not a scandal. It does mean the cashier track record we tested previously no longer carries weight, and that there is very little recent evidence either way.
