JettBet Casino Review 2026: Bonus, KYC & Withdrawals
Tested across casino, sportsbook, payments and verification, then checked line by line against the Terms, Bonus Terms and AML-KYC policy. The product works. The paperwork is the problem: five times deposit wagering before any withdrawal, €500 a day out, dormant accounts confiscated after twelve months, and no licence number published anywhere.

Quick Verdict

✅ Best For:
Small-stakes casual players who intend to keep playing rather than cash out, and who are comfortable with full verification.
❌ Avoid If:
You want to withdraw more than €500 in a day, you value bet or arb, you leave balances sitting between sessions, or you want a named regulator to appeal to. Trustpilot shows 2.7/5 from 5 reviews, all of them one or two stars.
📌 Bottom Line: The casino and sportsbook are real and the interface is fine. What sits underneath is a cashier built to keep money in: wager your deposit five times before you can touch it, take it out €500 at a time, and lose the lot if the account goes quiet for a year or you miss a verification call.

Bonus Analysis & Rating
Casino Welcome Bonus Package

JettBet offers a four-deposit welcome package worth up to 450% up to €6,000 plus 425 free spins. The headline number is doing most of the marketing work here, and the same package appears at Rollino and Casino Joy, which run on the same operator.
The wagering is applied to deposit plus bonus, not bonus alone, which is what turns a 30x offer into something heavier. On a 200% match, 30x on deposit plus bonus converts to 45x the bonus amount. The highroller version at 40x converts to 60x, which fails our rollover band outright.
Example Payout
Deposit €20 on the standard bonus and you get €40 in bonus funds, €60 total. At 30x on the combined figure that is €1,800 of turnover before anything converts.
The highroller route is worse. €100 in, €200 bonus, €300 total, 40x on the combined figure is €12,000 of turnover. At the €5 maximum bonus bet, that is 2,400 spins inside a 10-day window.
And the ceiling on all of it is 5x the bonus amount. Clear €12,000 of turnover on that €200 bonus and the most you can withdraw is €1,000. Anything above it is voided before payout.
Key Terms
- Rollover: 30x standard or 40x highroller, applied to deposit plus bonus (45x and 60x effective)
- Minimum deposit: €20 standard, €100 highroller
- Expiry: 10 days from activation, after which the bonus and everything derived from it is removed
- Max bet: €5 while wagering
- Max cashout: 5x the bonus granted. €25 from a no-deposit bonus, €20 from free spins winnings
- Eligible games: slots 100%, everything else 0% per the Bonus Terms. Live casino is barred entirely with an active bonus, as are all Amusnet and Playson slots
- Three separate exclusion lists on top of that: roughly 40 titles at 20% contribution, another 40 at 0%, and around 130 that cannot be played at all while a bonus is active
- One bonus at a time, no stacking, and unused bonuses cannot be activated after a withdrawal request
Two things in that list deserve their own sentence. Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active triggers an automatic opt-out and wipes the entire bonus balance on the spot. And the game contribution table in the main Terms contradicts the Bonus Terms: it lists table games at 10% and blackjack and roulette at 5%, where the Bonus Terms say 0%. Two live documents, two answers, and support is the only way to find out which one your account is running.
JettBet Casino Bonus Score
- Rollover (40%): 40/100 – 45x effective, bottom of the workable band
- Eligible games (30%): 40/100 – slots only, three exclusion lists, no live casino, two whole providers barred
- Expiry (15%): 60/100 – 10 days
- Min deposit (10%): 80/100 – €20
- Restrictions (5%): 20/100 – €5 max bet, 5x cashout cap, withdrawal request destroys the bonus balance
Standard bonus: 46/100 → ⭐⭐ Below average
Highroller bonus: 25/100 → ⭐ Bad, avoid. Same components, but 60x effective rollover auto-fails and the €100 minimum deposit drops that band to 60.
One more thing the promo page does not tell you. Players from Brazil, Chile, Albania, Bulgaria, Mexico, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Peru, Japan, India, Indonesia, Ecuador, Bangladesh and Argentina are barred from welcome bonus offers entirely, even though the accounts themselves are allowed. You find that out in clause 17 of the Bonus Terms, not at the cashier.
Bonus Verdict
Classic offshore construction. Big number on the banner, deposit-plus-bonus wagering underneath, and a 5x conversion cap that makes clearing it pointless at the top end. The standard version is merely poor. The highroller version is the worst-scoring bonus on this site after PalmSlots.
Betting Experience

For Sports & Esports Bettors
JettBet’s sportsbook is broader than expected for a casino-first platform. It covers mainstream sports and a long list of niche and regional events, plus a full esports section with CS, Dota 2, League of Legends, Valorant, mobile titles and simulated variants. Live betting is active across multiple sports and the bet slip handles singles, combos and quick bet mode.
Odds & Margins
- NBA pregame margin: ~6.7%
- Esports margins: ~8%
- Live tennis: around 8%
Not competitive. Playable, but clearly on the higher side, and for context Duelbits prices NBA sides at 3.48%.
Who Is Not Welcome
Worth spelling out because the consequences are total. Clauses 9.6 and 9.7 forbid arbitrage betting and value betting, and the stated penalty is to void all bets, withhold and forfeit all money in the account, and terminate it. Not a limit, not a stake reduction. The whole balance.
Clause 9.4 also bars professional and amateur athletes, sports managers, coaches, team owners and employees, referees and league officials from registering at all, and extends that to partners, parents, spouses, children and siblings, across casino as well as sports.
On the sports side, if a match is delayed the event can stay open for 48 hours from the official start time before markets are settled or voided. Tennis is the exception: bets run until a winner is determined, and on a retirement only the markets already decided on court stand.
Verdict
Usable and broad, but not sharp, and explicitly hostile to anyone betting with an edge. Coverage is the selling point. Pricing is not.
For Casino Players

The casino is where JettBet feels strongest. The site promotes over 9,000 games with Evolution, NetEnt, Microgaming and Betsoft among the providers, and the live casino covers the standard Evolution roulette, blackjack and game show lineup.
Search works on both game names and providers, and demo play is available. Filters are slightly inconsistent, with overlapping navigation between the dropdowns and the top categories.
Pain Points
- No visible RTP data anywhere in the lobby
- Navigation forces you back to the main screen between games
- Nothing in the lobby flags which titles are excluded from bonus play, so you find out after the fact
Verdict
Deep and usable, but opaque. Plenty of volume, almost no help evaluating what you are about to play.
Payments & Withdrawal Speed
JettBet supports both crypto and fiat: cards, bank transfers and various alternative methods alongside coins. Deposits are straightforward. Withdrawals are where this review earns its rating.
Five Times Your Deposit, Before Anything
Clauses 5.6 and 6.5 are unambiguous: a deposit must be wagered at least five times before a withdrawal can be made, described in the Terms as a money laundering prevention measure. This applies with no bonus involved at all.
Deposit €200 with no bonus, change your mind, and you cannot take it back until you have turned over €1,000. For comparison, Duelbits asks for 10% of the deposit and Flush asks for 1x. This is fifty times the Duelbits requirement.
The Limits
- €500 per transaction and €500 per 24 hours
- €3,500 per week, €15,000 per month
- Win more than €15,000 and it is paid in monthly instalments of €15,000 until cleared. Progressive jackpots are the exception and pay in full
- Daily winnings of any kind are capped at €100,000 per customer, measured 00:00 to 23:59 GMT
- One pending withdrawal at a time, one request per 24 hours per method
- Minimum withdrawal €20, or 7,600 Ft
At €500 a day, a €10,000 win takes twenty separate requests across a minimum of three months once the weekly ceiling is applied.
Timing
The finance department processes requests 24 to 48 hours after successful verification, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 GMT+1. Request on a Friday evening and nothing moves until Monday. On top of that, the Risk Department can delay processing by up to 14 business days for additional account checks or to review your session with third-party game providers.
Withdrawals go back to the deposit method, and for the amount of the initial deposit you must use the same method you deposited with. The financial department reserves the final say on which payout method you get.
The Trustpilot sample includes an August 2026 complaint about a $510 withdrawal cancelled repeatedly after wagering was allegedly complete. Read alongside the five-times rule and the €500 ceiling, that complaint is exactly what the terms permit.
KYC & Account Verification
Does JettBet Require KYC? Yes
Three steps, escalating by amount, and the first one applies to everybody.
Step 1: Everyone, Before Any Withdrawal
A completed profile: first and second name, date of birth, country of residence, gender and full address. Not optional, and no withdrawal happens without it.
Step 2: €2,000 In or Out
An ID photo taken with a handwritten note showing six randomly generated numbers beside the document, all four corners visible, plus a separate photo of your face. Electronic checks then run your details against two databases. If those fail, you supply a government certificate of registration or an equivalent proof of residence issued within three months. The deposit or withdrawal sits on hold throughout.
Step 3: €5,000 In or Out
Full source of wealth: business ownership, employment, inheritance, investment or family. JettBet also asks for a bank wire or credit card to corroborate. Cross €5,000 in one transaction or cumulatively and the account is frozen until this is resolved.
Medium-Risk Countries Get Half the Headroom
This is the part most reviews miss. For medium-risk regions the thresholds halve: step two triggers at €1,000 and step three at €2,500. And here is the sting for crypto users: converting cryptocurrency into any other currency automatically moves a low-risk user onto medium-risk treatment. Use crypto flexibly and you are verified sooner, by design.
Monitoring runs continuously: an AI flags unusual behaviour to staff, a data scientist watches for deposit-then-withdraw patterns with little betting in between, bank account changes, nationality changes and currency switches, and a third manual layer checks anything higher-risk. Identification and transaction records are kept for ten years.
Verdict
Not a soft-KYC setup by any reading. It is a full compliance stack with escalation triggers, permanent monitoring and a documented path to freezing your account. Fine if you expected it. Expensive if you did not.
Terms That Cost You Money
Four clauses in the JettBet Terms end with you losing your balance. They are worth knowing before you deposit rather than after.
Miss a Verification Call, Lose Everything
Clause 6.19. Before processing a withdrawal, the Risk Department may require OTP verification by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email, sent only to the contact details you registered with. If you do not pass that verification at a time agreed with their representative, JettBet “reserves the right to cancel all winnings and close the account without the right to recovery.”
Not a delay. Winnings cancelled, account closed, no appeal. The same OTP requirement applies before you can change any personal detail on the account.
Twelve Months Idle and the Account Is Deleted
Clause 2.4.15. An account unused for more than twelve consecutive months can be deleted, and “any funds and bonuses remaining on the account at the event of deletion will be confiscated.” No warning period is specified. Flush charges €5 a month in the same situation. JettBet takes the balance.
Two Restricted-Country Lists That Disagree
Clause 2.1.2 bars the USA, France, the Netherlands, Ukraine including occupied territories, Curaçao, Aruba, Sint Maarten, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, Saba, the Dutch West Indies, Statia, Singapore, Kosovo, Israel, Moldova and Nigeria.
Clause 2.4.4, in the same document, has you warrant that you are not resident in Curaçao, France, Iran, Iraq, the Netherlands, North Korea, Singapore, Spain, St Maarten, Statia, the USA or its dependencies, or Ukraine. Spain, Iran, Iraq and North Korea appear only in the second. Nigeria, Moldova, Kosovo and Israel appear only in the first. Assume the stricter reading of both.
No Third-Party Payments, At All
Clause 2.4.14 and 5.7. Deposits must come from an account or card in your own name. A payment from a partner, relative or friend means all winnings are forfeited, with the deposit returned to whoever actually owns the card and any bank charges taken from the recipient. Clause 4.3 also allows verification procedures at any level of withdrawal, not just above the thresholds.
Software & User Experience
JettBet is easy enough to use. Mobile works well, navigation is clear, and switching between casino, sportsbook and promotions is straightforward. Desktop is slightly faster but not dramatically different. The sportsbook has its own layout that feels clean and spacious. The casino is more functional than polished, but still usable.
Features include QuickBet mode, combo boosts, the daily bonus map and bet slip customisation. The site runs in multiple languages.
Verdict
The UX is solid. It is not premium, but it does not fight you either. The problems with JettBet are not in the design. They are in the rules.
Security & Licensing
No Licence Number, No Named Regulator
This is the gap. JettBet publishes Terms, an AML-KYC policy, a privacy policy and a responsible gaming page, but no licence number appears in any of them, and no operating company is named either. Every other brand we have graded this year has a number you can look up on a public register. This one has nothing to check.
The complaints route is equally thin. Clause 13 sends you to support@jettbet.co, states that JettBet will “review any queried or disputed transactions,” and then closes with: “Our judgment is final.” Clause 14.5 puts the Terms under Curaçao law and Curaçao courts. No regulator, no alternative dispute resolution body, no escalation path once support says no.
The AML framework itself is unusually detailed, built around EU directives with a named compliance officer role, layered controls and ten-year record retention. It reads like a serious document. It just does not say who licenses any of it.
Not all licenses offer equal protection, and no disclosed licence is its own category. See our full comparison of crypto gambling licenses.
Responsible Gambling
Better than average on tools, worse than average on access. Deposit, bet, loss and session limits are all available, decreases take effect immediately while increases face a cooling period. Cooling-off starts at seven days minimum. Self-exclusion runs from 24 hours upward and cannot be cancelled once set, and expired exclusions do not lift automatically, you have to contact support.
Both cooling-off and self-exclusion must be requested through live chat rather than set in your account. And the policy carries a warning worth repeating: request your withdrawal before the exclusion starts, because once it does, “the company will no longer be able to help you with your request.”
Verdict
The compliance machinery exists and it is pointed at the operator’s risk, not yours. Without a licence number there is nobody above JettBet to appeal to, and the Terms say as much in plain English.
Customer Support & Reputation
Support runs on live chat and email with decent response times, and the FAQ covers accounts, payments, bonuses and security. Note that all formal communication has to come from your registered email address.
Reputation
JettBet has a claimed Trustpilot profile from June 2026 under “JettBet (Jett Bet) Casino Reviews,” showing 2.7/5, TrustScore 2.5 out of 5, from 5 reviews, all within the last 12 months.
The split is 60% two-star and 40% one-star. No three, four or five-star reviews at all. Trustpilot notes no recent history of asking for reviews and no replies to negative feedback.
Five reviews is a thin sample and we would normally say so and move on. What makes it worth reporting is that not one person rated it above two stars. One Canadian reviewer described a $510 withdrawal submitted on 25 August 2026 being cancelled repeatedly with no clear explanation. Another warned of no support and no payouts. Even the softer reviews mention a withdrawal fee, 48-hour payouts, mobile lag and verification taking nearly three days.
Verdict
Support exists and answers. The public record is small, uniformly negative, and clusters on exactly the part of the platform the terms give the operator the most discretion over.
Promotions & Extra Features

JettBet leans heavily into promotions: the multi-deposit welcome package, a sports bonus, the daily bonus map, reloads, a loyalty shop and recurring offers.
Daily Bonus Map
Minimum €30 deposit to participate. Clearing it means wagering deposit plus bonus 30 times, and free spins winnings from it carry 40x on the bonus amount. Maximum withdrawal is €100, with a 5x bonus conversion cap on top. The system runs monthly and needs regular deposits to hold progress.
Loyalty Points and the Bonus Shop
Here is the arithmetic nobody advertises. One loyalty point requires €100 of betting. Points are spent in the shop on bonuses or free spins, and those shop bonuses carry 50x wagering with a maximum withdrawal of 5x the bonus amount.
So you wager €100 to earn one point, then spend the point on a bonus that needs fifty times its own value wagered again, and caps your winnings at five times its value. That is not a loyalty scheme, it is a retention loop.
Verdict
There is always something running, and almost all of it requires a fresh deposit and carries a cap. Good for keeping an account busy. Poor for extracting value.
Final Verdict – Jettbet Review
Reviewed

Our score:

JettBet scores 2.5/5, down from 3.5 after reading the full terms. The platform itself is not the problem. There is a real casino with 9,000+ games, a broad sportsbook with proper esports coverage, a clean interface and functioning support.
The cashier is the problem, and it is structural rather than occasional. Your deposit must be wagered five times before you can withdraw a cent of it, bonus or no bonus. Money leaves at €500 a day. Processing runs business hours only and the Risk Department can add fourteen business days on top. Miss the OTP call they schedule and the terms allow them to cancel your winnings and close the account with no recovery. Leave the account quiet for twelve months and the balance is confiscated outright.
The bonus scores 46/100 standard and 25/100 highroller, held down by 45x and 60x effective rollover, a 5x conversion cap, and three separate exclusion lists that put live casino and two entire providers off limits. Thirteen countries are quietly barred from claiming it at all.
And there is nobody to appeal to. No licence number appears in the Terms, the AML policy or any footer, no operating company is named, and clause 13 ends the complaints process with “our judgment is final.” Trustpilot has five reviews and not one of them rates it above two stars.
Operational, yes. Worth trusting with a balance, no.
🎯 Best For:
- small-stakes casual play you do not intend to cash out quickly
- players who want breadth of games and markets above all else
❌ Avoid If:
- you want to withdraw more than €500 in a day
- you value bet, arb, or bet at scale
- you want a regulator to appeal to when support says no

I co-founded CoinBettors and I write and rate every review on it. I’ve spent eight years in iGaming, first running sportsbook CRM for an operator with over a million players, then leading content and SEO at Raketech, and I’ve bet NBA and MLB seriously for close to a decade. My picks are tracked publicly on Betstamp.
So I review sites the way I use them: real deposits, real withdrawals, and the full Terms read before anything gets a rating. Affiliate commission keeps the site running. It doesn’t buy a score, which is why MyStake dropped to 3.5 stars in September 2026, and PalmSlots sits on our list marked Not Recommended.
