The wagering is 35x on deposit plus bonus, not on bonus alone. On a 100% match that is roughly 70x effective rollover, which is above the level our scoring model treats as an automatic fail.

Clause 26.9.1 then caps conversion. Where a campaign has no specific terms, welcome casino bonuses convert at a maximum of 10x the bonus awarded, and reload bonuses at 5x. So the ceiling on what you can turn into real money is fixed regardless of how well the spins go.

This welcome bonus lands in our bottom band. The rollover alone auto-fails, and the conversion cap, max bet rule and withdrawal block stack on top of it. Do not take it. How Do PalmSlots Withdrawals Work?

The 5x deposit rollover

Clause 8.2: before withdrawing, you must complete 5x rollover of your deposits. This has nothing to do with bonuses. Deposit €200 with no bonus at all and you must turn over €1,000 before any withdrawal is accepted.

Only settled sports bets at minimum odds 1.6 count. Running bets, cash-outs, draws, cancelled, refunded and denied bets do not. Nor do casino bets placed with minimum or no risk. Fail to meet it and PalmSlots reserves the right to reject the withdrawal or charge up to an 8% administrative fee.

The caps and the fees

• €5,000 per 7 days maximum withdrawal (clause 8.6)
• Up to 8% fee on multiple withdrawals inside a rolling 30 days (clause 8.7)
• €100,000 daily winnings cap, with anything above deductible within 30 days (clause 8.9)
• Withdrawals must return to the original deposit method
• €50 administration fee per chargeback or reversed payment (clause 9.1)

Read 8.6 and 8.7 together. The weekly cap pushes you toward multiple withdrawals to get a larger balance out, and the monthly fee clause penalises exactly that. Withdraw €15,000 across three weekly payments and each one after the first can carry 8%.

Clause 8.10 adds a quiet trap: funds in a pending withdrawal are not ring-fenced. You can keep betting with them, and if your balance drops below the withdrawal amount the request is auto-cancelled after about an hour.

Verdict

Easy in, structurally difficult out. Not through delays or discretion, but because the published terms build the friction in deliberately. The 8% fees are the part players report most, and they are not a support error, they are clauses 8.2 and 8.7 working as written.

What Happens When You Withdraw?

Does PalmSlots Require KYC?

Yes, and the KYC Policy is specific about when.

Full KYC is compulsory when a user reaches an aggregate lifetime total of deposits exceeding EUR 5,000, or requests a withdrawal of any amount, or triggers a transaction deemed suspicious.

Note the middle one. Any withdrawal of any size means full KYC. There is no threshold to stay under.

You will need to upload:

• Government-issued photo ID, sometimes front and back
• A selfie holding that ID document
• A bank statement or utility bill issued in the last 3 months

The checklist is unusually detailed. Your ID must carry a signature, must not expire within 3 months, and both documents must come from a country outside the restricted list: Austria, France and territories, Germany, Netherlands and territories, Spain, Union of Comoros, United Kingdom, USA and territories, all FATF blacklisted countries, and anything else the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority prohibits.

Union of Comoros is on that list. PalmSlots is licensed in the Union of Comoros. The operator will not accept ID from the jurisdiction that regulates it.

Clause 8.3 adds that PalmSlots can also request a verification call, and reserves the right to verify identity at any point in the relationship, not just at withdrawal.

VPN use is prohibited outright under clause 3.4. Do not use one here.

Can You Leave PalmSlots When You Want?

No, and this is the clause that should decide it for most people.

The Self-Exclusion Policy states that a customer may request to close their account no sooner than 90 days following their first successful deposit. PalmSlots then has up to 60 days to process the closure.

Worst case, five months pass between your first deposit and a closed account. Every other operator we cover lets you close on request.

The self-exclusion email points at another casino

Self-exclusion is separate from closure and faster, but has its own problem.

The Self-Exclusion Policy page says to email customercare@palmslots.com. Clause 6.9.3 of the Terms and Conditions, which is the binding document, says to email customercare@spininio.com.

Spininio is not PalmSlots. A player following the terms sends their self-exclusion request to a different brand’s inbox.

This is almost certainly a copy-paste job from a white-label sibling rather than anything deliberate. It is still the single worst error we have found on any operator in this network, because of what the document is for.

It gets worse on timing. Clause 6.9.1 allows ten business days to action a self-exclusion request, and clause 6.9.4 states you remain solely responsible for all activity on your account while the request is pending, with no obligation on PalmSlots to void bets placed or losses incurred in that window.

Clause 6.9.7 then admits self-exclusion only works if you already hold an account, because Anjouan does not operate a national registry of excluded persons.

What Happens If You Have a Dispute?

You get three days.

Clause 21.4: disputes must be lodged within three days from the date the wager in question has been decided, and no claims will be honoured after that. Clause 11.2 makes all posted results final after 72 hours.

For comparison, Bitcasino and BitStarz both allow six months. Megapari allows ten days, which we already flagged as the tightest window on the site. PalmSlots is three days, and a long weekend can swallow it.

PalmSlots then says it intends to respond within 28 days. If that fails, clause 21.5 escalates to management, and 21.6 gives you “the right to have the dispute settled via arbitration” with no arbitration body named anywhere. No ADR provider, no regulator complaint route, nothing.

And whatever you eventually prove, clause 14.2 caps total liability at €500 or the value of the bets in question, whichever is lower. Win €4,000 on a disputed settlement and the contract you agreed to says the most you can recover is €500.

Is PalmSlots Good on Mobile and Desktop?

Yes, and this is a genuine strength. The mobile experience is clean, the main tabs are visible, and moving between casino, live casino, promotions, sports and gamification is straightforward. Desktop is functional rather than elegant.

PalmSlots does not feel broken or overloaded. It feels like a site someone actually tested on a phone, which is more than several competitors manage.

The site supports English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Arabic and Canadian English-French locale handling.

That language list is worth a second look. German and Spanish interfaces are offered while Germany and Spain both sit on the KYC restricted country list. You can browse in a language whose ID documents the operator will not accept.

Verdict

Solid UX. It works well on mobile, navigation is simple, and the platform avoids major usability mistakes. The problems here are contractual, not visual.

How Safe Is PalmSlots?

PalmSlots operates under Anjouan oversight, with clause 25.6 confirming the terms are governed exclusively by the law in force in the state of Anjouan in the Union of Comoros, and the KYC policy referencing the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority.

What is missing is a licence number. Megapari publishes ALSI-112310012-F15 and Coins.Game publishes ALSI-202410033-FI2. PalmSlots names the jurisdiction but not the licence, and no operating company name appears in the terms document either.

Legal pages that do exist: Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, AML Policy, KYC Policy, Self-Exclusion Policy, Underage Gaming Policy, Responsible Gaming, Betting Rules and Betting Information. That is a fuller set than Wolf.io manages, and the KYC policy in particular is more detailed than most.

Security Measures

PalmSlots runs a three-stage AML model, which is more structured than most: SDD for extremely low-risk transactions, CDD as the standard, and EDD for high-risk customers, large transactions or special cases. There is ongoing transaction monitoring and a stated risk-based approach.

Clause 5.4 is worth knowing about: one account per person, family, household address, email, payment account, site cookies, IP address or shared computer. Accounts found related in any of those ways face immediate closure and forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings. Cookie-based account linking is broader than the usual household rule.

Does PalmSlots Have Responsible Gambling Tools?

Documentation, yes. Tools, barely.

There is a Responsible Gaming page, an Underage Gaming Policy, a Self-Exclusion Policy, a 13-question self-assessment test and links to Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy and GamCare. The self-assessment is more thorough than most, and it includes a question about feeling depressed or suicidal because of gambling, which many operators avoid printing.

But there are no self-service limits. Section 2.2 says temporary restrictions and limits on stakes, bets, deposits or losses “may unilaterally be applied”, which means PalmSlots applies them to you, not you to yourself. The Rules for Responsible Gaming tell you to “consider setting betting limits in advance” without providing any mechanism to set one.

Everything runs through email: self-exclusion to one address, closure to another, reopening to a third, and the self-assessment result to a fourth. Four different inboxes, one of which belongs to another brand, and a 90-day lock on closure underneath all of it.

Someone wrote a serious responsible gambling policy here. Nobody built the buttons, checked the email addresses, or removed the 90-day closure lock that contradicts the whole thing.

What Do PalmSlots Reviews Say on Trustpilot?

Nothing, because there is no longer a profile to read.

Trustpilot has removed the PalmSlots listing because the business goes against its guidelines. Not suspended like Megapari, not unclaimed like Wolf.io. Deleted.

That is worse than a bad score, because a bad score is information. A removed profile means the record of what happened to other players is gone from the place most people go to check.

Support Channels

Live chat answered in around two minutes in testing, which is a genuinely good result and sits alongside Wolf.io as the fastest in this batch. Support appears to run in English, German, Portuguese and Greek.

Access to support is not the problem. Clause 12.1 requires all notices to go through the Customer Support form and from your registered email address, and clause 21.2 states PalmSlots takes no liability whatsoever for how it responds to any complaint it receives.

The complaint pattern that survived

The recorded complaints from before the removal cluster on withdrawal delays, the 8% fees, verification friction, ignored account closure requests and delayed self-exclusion.

Every one of those maps onto a clause. The fees are 8.2 and 8.7. The closure delays are the 90-day rule. The self-exclusion delays are the ten-business-day window and possibly the wrong email address. These were not support failures, they were the contract being enforced.

Verdict

Fast first contact, no external record, no named arbitration body, and an explicit disclaimer of liability for how complaints are handled. Treat the removed Trustpilot listing as the single loudest signal on this page.

What Promotions Does PalmSlots Run?

All of it runs under section 26 of the terms, and section 26 is where the conversion caps live. Reloads convert at a maximum of 5x the bonus. One active bonus at a time. Real money is used first on every bet during a promotion, so your own cash burns before the bonus does.

Clause 26.8 also lets PalmSlots deduct all accumulated winnings if it decides your account is being used for “non-recreational play”. That term is not defined anywhere.

The terms are what drag it down here, and they are not close calls.

You cannot close your account for 90 days after depositing, and closure then takes up to 60 more. You get 3 days to dispute a settlement. Every deposit needs 5x turnover before you can withdraw a cent, or they take up to 8%. Withdrawals cap at €5,000 a week, and taking several inside a month triggers the fee again. Their entire liability to you is capped at €500. No arbitration body is named. No licence number is published. And the welcome bonus scores 39 out of 100, the first score in our bottom band.

Then there is the self-exclusion email in clause 6.9.3, which sends a player asking for help to another brand entirely.

Trustpilot deleting the profile is the last thing, not the first. Two and a half stars. If you use it, deposit small, refuse every bonus, clear the 5x, and get your money out.
