Every other policy on the site names Nile King Media LTD of Anjouan. The Bonus Policy names a Costa Rican company that appears nowhere else. The document is dated 19 June 2024, more than a year older than the Terms, Privacy, AML and Payment policies, all dated 15 July 2025.
Costa Rica is also on Rakebit’s own list of prohibited countries.
The most likely explanation is a stale document left behind after a corporate restructure. That is still a live legal page stating that a different entity controls your bonus terms, and it has been sitting there for over a year.

Monero support is worth noting. Almost no operator in this category carries it, because privacy coins draw regulatory attention.
Three documents, three sets of limits
The Terms of Use state a maximum of €10,000 per 24 hours and €50,000 per 30 days.
The Payment Policy states non-jackpot winnings are capped at €20,000 per month, split as €5,000 per day and €10,000 per week.
Those are not the same thing. €5,000 a day and €10,000 a day cannot both be your ceiling. Both documents are dated 15 July 2025.
The €500,000 maximum win limit
Worth reading in full, because it is unusually explicit. The terms state that regardless of the amount you win on any bet or spin, including bonus rounds and purchased free spins, Rakebit’s obligation is capped at €500,000. The wording continues: some games can technically win more, but Rakebit reserves the right to cut the amount above the cap from your account and pay only the limit. That decision is made based on your game history, betting level and account.
Rakebit can also pay that €500,000 in equal parts across 90 days. Progressive jackpots are exempt and paid in full.
Half a million is a cap most players will never touch. The part that should register is the discretion: the decision to cut the excess is explicitly tied to your betting history, not to a fixed rule.
And one clause names a different casino
From the Payment Policy: “If you win more than 50,000 EUR… poolbit.com reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly instalments.”
Poolbit is not Rakebit. That is a copy-paste left in a live legal document governing how large wins get paid.

That last figure conflicts with Rakebit’s own marketing page, which states a maximum bet of “up to $20 on slots”. The terms say €500. Check your own account before assuming either.

What the Account Closure Clause Actually Says
This is the single most important paragraph on this page, so here it is verbatim from the Terms of Use:
“User can only close User account if it has no remaining balance (positive or negative) and no pending withdrawal requests. In case User wants to close User account with a positive balance or/and pending withdrawal requests, all funds on User account will be voided.”
Read it twice. Ask to close your account while money is still in it, and the money is gone.
Compare that with the rest of this category. Coins.Game, Sportsbet.io, Vave and Forza.bet all return your balance on closure, minus withdrawal charges. Sportsbet.io’s terms specifically commit to transferring your balance to a wallet of your choosing before closing. Rakebit voids it.
The 72-hour window
There is a second layer. Closure requests are processed within 72 hours, and the terms state that until deactivation completes, the account stays fully active and any activity, transactions, wagers, losses or security breaches during that window are your sole responsibility.
For someone closing an account for ordinary reasons that is fine. For someone closing it because they are trying to stop gambling, a three-day window where the account still works is the wrong design.
Self-exclusion has two contradictory versions
The Responsible Gambling section says self-exclusion runs 6 months to 5 years and cannot be cancelled before it expires. Good policy.
The Complaints section of the same document describes something else entirely: a 24-hour cooling-off period, after which support emails you the options of 1 week, 1 month, 6 months or permanent. Then: “If we do not receive a response within a further 24 hours, your account will be reopened and confirmed by email.”
So one section says exclusion is irreversible for at least six months, and another says it lapses automatically in 48 hours unless you reply to an email. Forza.bet has the identical flaw. A self-exclusion that reopens on its own is not a self-exclusion.
📌 Practical advice: Withdraw your full balance and wait for it to land before you request closure. Never submit a closure request with funds sitting in the account or a withdrawal pending. And if you are self-excluding, reply to the confirmation email, because the terms say the exclusion expires without it.

What the Terms of Use say
“You have to provide your KYC documents, including a valid identity document (such as a driver’s license, ID card, residence permit, or passport), high-quality photo or selfie and proof of address (e.g., utility bills) when claiming the withdrawal for the first time.”
The Payment Policy agrees: “To withdraw funds from the account, the User is required to complete identity verification through KYC procedure.”
These cannot both be true. One is a marketing claim and one is a contractual obligation, and the contractual one is the one that applies when your withdrawal is sitting in review.
What verification actually involves
KYC is handled by Sum and Substance Ltd, a UK company registered as 09688671 in London, which is a real and established compliance provider. The flow requires country of residence, ID type, a document upload and a selfie.
Escalations available under the terms include a Skype or Zoom interview, proof of source of funds, and a high-resolution selfie holding your documents next to your face, all of which can be requested even if you verified previously.
