Wikibet Casino Review 2026: Bonus, Withdrawal Fees & Trustpilot
Wikibet’s 2026 rebuild is genuinely better: new logo, working provider filter, a real sportsbook, an active blog, and a verifiable Curaçao Gaming Authority licence number in the footer.
Then you open the terms. A 10% fee on e-wallet withdrawals. A €5,000 monthly payout ceiling. No withdrawals at all if three months have passed since your last deposit. Permanent-only self-exclusion. And four Trustpilot reviews, three of them one-star.

Pros
Cons
Quick Verdict

✅ Best For: Small-stakes slot players who want a clean lobby with real provider depth and a licence they can actually check.
❌ Avoid If: You cash out by e-wallet, you win more than €5,000 in a month, you play in bursts with months off, or you need a short break rather than a permanent one.
📌 Bottom Line: The 2026 rebuild is real and the casino is good. The cashier is the problem: a 10% e-wallet withdrawal fee, a €5,000 monthly ceiling, and a rule that locks your balance if you go three months without depositing. Play small, cash out by crypto, and do not leave money sitting.

🎁 Bonus Analysis & Rating
Welcome Quest: 100% up to €600
The current EUR offer is called Welcome Quest. Deposit €20 or more on your first deposit and you get a 100% match up to €600, with 35x wagering, a €5 maximum bet per spin, 14 days to clear it, and a €2,000 maximum win.
All eligible slots contribute 100%. One bonus per player, household, IP or device. It cannot be combined with other promotions, and if Wikibet cancels the bonus, any winnings from it go too. There is also a 2nd Deposit Bonus and a Wednesday reload running alongside it.
Check the Wagering Base Before You Claim
Wikibet publishes two different numbers, and the gap between them decides whether this offer is worth taking.
The promo page says 35× without naming what it multiplies. The Campaign Terms & Conditions for EUR accounts say you must bet 40 times the bonus plus deposit.
On a €100 deposit with a €100 bonus, 35x on the bonus alone is €3,500 of turnover. 35x on deposit plus bonus is €7,000, which converts to 70x effective and fails outright. The Campaign T&Cs version, 40x on €200, is €8,000 and worse still.
We have scored the offer on the more favourable reading, 35x on the bonus amount. Ask live chat which applies before you deposit, because the answer is the difference between an average bonus and one you should not touch.
Bonus Terms to Watch
- Two different max-win caps. The promo page says a flat €2,000; the Campaign T&Cs say 20x the deposited amount. On a €600 deposit the flat cap is the harsher of the two at roughly 3.3x
- Contribution rates: slots 100%, live games, arcade and table games only 10%. A €10 live bet counts as €1
- The sportsbook is excluded from bonus wagering entirely
- 35 slots are barred during bonus play, including Dead or Alive and Dead or Alive 2, all three Blood Suckers titles, Gemix and Gemix 2, Hellcatraz, Spaceman, Book of 99 and the Pirates’ Plenty series
- Bonuses auto-cancel when the active balance hits €0.00
- Feature buys count toward the €5 max bet limit, as do doubled bets after a round
- Using bonus funds to near-complete a stage then switching to cash to finish it voids the winnings
🎯 Casino Bonus Score: 60/100 → ⭐⭐⭐ (Average)
- Rollover (40%) – 60/100. 35x on the bonus amount. Drops to 0 and fails outright if it applies to deposit plus bonus
- Eligible games (30%) – 60/100. Slots-led with 35 named exclusions, live and table at 10%, sportsbook barred
- Expiry (15%) – 60/100. Fourteen days is workable
- Min deposit (10%) – 80/100. €20
- Restrictions (5%) – 20/100. The €2,000 win cap, the €5 max bet, feature buys counted, and two contradictory sets of terms
📌 Verdict: Middling rather than predatory, which puts it ahead of most of this segment. The €2,000 ceiling limits the upside and the wagering-base ambiguity is the thing to settle before depositing. Take it if you were playing slots anyway.

🏆 Wikibet Casino & Sports Betting Experience

Casino Lobby and Provider Filter
The lobby is the biggest upgrade. The all-games page now has provider filtering with title counts, random, A-Z and Z-A sorting, and a “play a random game” button. That fixes the main usability complaint from the older build.
The provider bench is real, not filler: Spinomenal with 541 titles, Red Tiger 274, Skywind 253, BGaming 231, Endorphina 194, VoltEnt 190 and Hacksaw Gaming 180. Alongside them sit Absolute Live, AvatarUX, Barbara Bang, Big Time Gaming, Evolution Gaming, Fugaso, GameBeat, Gamzix, Mancala, Mascot Gaming, NetEnt, Nolimit City, Novomatic, Peter & Sons, Playson, PoggiPlay, Quickspin, SA Gaming, Spribe and Tom Horn.
One oddity worth knowing: the Terms of Service define the services as subject to the Curaçao licence “for the following game providers: Tom Horn,” naming a single studio. The lobby clearly carries far more than that, so this reads as terms copy that was never updated after the library expanded.
Sportsbook
Casino and Sports now sit as equal main tabs, so the old casino-only framing is out of date. The mobile betslip works and live football markets are present.
Two things temper it. Sportsbook play contributes nothing toward bonus wagering, so the casino bonus and the sportsbook are entirely separate worlds. And arbitrage betting is explicitly banned, with forfeited winnings and possible account closure attached, covered further down.
📌 Verdict: A genuinely good casino lobby with enough recognisable studios to stop calling the selection niche. The sportsbook broadens the product but stays outside the bonus system entirely.
🌐 Deposits, Withdrawals & Fees

Getting Money In
Broad and easy. Visa and Mastercard, bank transfer, and a long list of processors: Skrill, Neteller, Sofort, Euteller, Trustly, GiroPay, Bancontact, Paysafe, AstropayCard, Cash2Code, Ecopayz, iDebit, Instadebit, MuchBetter, Neosurf, NetBanking, RupeePay, SafetyPay, Siirto, UPI, Venuspoint and Zimpler.
Minimum deposit €20. No maximum. Payments must come from an account in your own name.
Getting Money Out Costs 10%
This is the clause that decides the rating. From the Terms of Service:
Withdrawal fees that may be applicable are 10% for the e-Wallet transfers and the total of the actual bank fee costs for the bank transfers. Any fees involved will be deducted from the withdrawn winnings.
Cash out €1,000 to Skrill or Neteller and €100 stays behind. Bank transfer passes the full bank cost to you. Most operators in our review set take nothing on the way out.
The Limits
- €5,000 per month maximum payout, set at Wikibet’s own standards, with larger amounts paid in instalments until cleared. They may choose to pay more, but are not obliged to
- Minimum withdrawal €20, one pending request at a time
- Target of 12 hours for processing, with no liability for any specific timeframe
- Deposits of €10 or more must be wagered once before withdrawal. Deposits under €10 need 3x
- Deposit without betting, or deposit only to claim free spins, and you cannot withdraw at all
- Wrong banking details not corrected within 5 business days means the withdrawal is reversed back to your balance
Two more that catch people out. Withdrawals can be withheld or suspended if your account was inactive and you placed no wagers in the same calendar month, and that clause explicitly applies to progressive jackpot wins. And verification is mandatory once cumulative withdrawals reach €2,000, or on any single withdrawal of €2,000 or more within 24 hours.
📌 Verdict: Deposits are frictionless and withdrawals are expensive. If you play here, use a crypto or card route rather than an e-wallet, and keep monthly winnings under the €5,000 ceiling.
Terms That Cost You Money
Three Months Without a Deposit Locks Your Balance
From the AML section of the Terms of Service: “No withdrawals shall be accepted from the Accounts if a period of three (3) months has elapsed from when the last successful deposit was made. In such cases, a new minimum deposit will be required.”
Win, stop playing for a season, come back to cash out, and you have to deposit again before Wikibet will release your own money. It is framed as anti-money-laundering. In practice it is a re-deposit requirement attached to your existing balance.
Dormancy Runs on Two Clocks
Twelve months without logging in makes the account inactive, and from month 13 a €5 monthly maintenance fee starts. You get one reminder email and 30 days to log in and withdraw. Miss it and €5 comes out of deposit funds, or bonus funds if there are no deposit funds. If the balance is under €5, they take whatever is there. The fee is waived during a definite self-exclusion period and resumes 30 days after it ends.
Thirty months without a transaction makes the account dormant, and here Wikibet does better than most: the balance is remitted to you. Only if you genuinely cannot be located, after all contact methods including post, do the funds go to responsible-gaming causes, and only after a further five years’ notice. Credit where it is due, that is a fairer end-state than the outright confiscation clauses at Rollino and Casino Joy.
Win €2,500 and You Sign Away Your Image
Win €2,500 on the site and the terms say you give Wikibet “the exclusive permanent and irrevocable right and authorization to use the Player’s name, photograph, and portrait in all media” worldwide for marketing, and oblige you to cooperate with their representatives.
Permanent and irrevocable, triggered by a mid-sized win, with no opt-out mentioned. Most operators ask. This one takes it as a condition of the win.
High-Risk Player Classification
Most operators limit winners quietly. Wikibet writes the policy down.
Arbitrage betting, across Wikibet or between Wikibet and other books, means forfeited winnings plus account restrictions or closure.
Beyond that, you can be classified high risk for betting on leagues Wikibet flags for integrity concerns, for consistently targeting “obscure, unregulated, or low-transparency leagues,” for large bets on events with suspicious market movement, or for patterns suggesting syndicate betting. The stated consequences are betting restrictions, voided bets, suspension or closure, all at Wikibet’s sole determination.
There is also a bonus-abuse trigger worth knowing: building a balance on non-slot games and then switching to slots to clear wagering is listed as abusive behaviour.
They Can Check Whether You Can Afford It
An unusual clause: Wikibet reserves the right to verify the financial solvency of any player, using registration details and third parties. If insolvency is verified, it can close the account and bar you from opening another. Framed as player protection, but it is a discretionary power with no appeal route attached.
Complaints Expire After 30 Days
Any complaint raised more than 30 days after the transaction in question “will not be taken into consideration, and shall have no value.” Complaints about the operation of games must be raised before the event starts. Wikibet targets 10 days to respond, extendable by another 10.
🔐 KYC & Account Verification
Does Wikibet Require KYC? Yes
Wikibet runs a three-step AML structure with published thresholds, which is more transparency than most of this segment offers.
- Step one, everyone who withdraws: first name, surname, date of birth, country of residence, gender, full address
- Step two, $2,000 in or out: a photo of your ID with a handwritten note showing six randomly generated numbers beside it, all four corners visible, plus a second photo of your face. Electronic checks run against two databases; if they fail you supply a government certificate of residence
- Step three, $5,000 in or out: source of wealth. The account is frozen until resolved
Medium-risk countries get half the headroom: step two at $1,000, step three at $2,500. Converting crypto into another currency automatically moves a low-risk player onto medium-risk treatment.
The Terms add their own trigger at €2,000 cumulative withdrawals, or a single €2,000 withdrawal inside 24 hours. Fail to supply requested documents within 30 days and Wikibet may close the account, refuse the withdrawal and void the winnings. Records are kept ten years.
Age verification runs within 72 hours of your first deposit, and funds can be withheld until it completes.
PEPs Are Barred Outright
Politically exposed persons cannot open an account, and neither can their family members or close business associates. Worth knowing before you deposit, because it is enforced at verification rather than registration.
📌 Verdict: Not a no-KYC casino and not pretending to be. The published thresholds are a genuine positive; the €2,000 trigger arrives earlier than most.
🖥️ Software & User Experience

New Logo and Redesign
The 2026 build looks considerably better. Dark theme, neon-green accents, a cleaner promotions page with each campaign on its own card, and a casino grid where search, providers, sorting, casino, sports, slots and live casino are all reachable without digging.
Desktop performance is fast. Mobile web is weaker, and there is still no app and no two-factor authentication, which is a real gap on an account holding money.
📌 Verdict: A proper modern casino site rather than a crypto shell. The missing 2FA is the one thing that should have shipped with the rebuild.
🛡️ Security, Licensing & Player Protection
Licence and Operator
Wikibet is operated by Geeker Technology N.V., registered in Curaçao with company number 156493, licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under OGL/2024/251/0130, issued 28.08.2025. A Cyprus subsidiary, registration HE 415878 in Limassol, handles part of the structure, with trust service representation through igagroup.com.
A named company with a verifiable licence number under the new CGA framework is more than Rollino, JettBet or Casino Joy publish, and it is the strongest single argument for this site.
Two inconsistencies in the paperwork: the registered address is Abraham de Veerstraat 9 in the Terms and AML policy but Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N in the footer, and the Cyprus entity is “Geeker Technology Limited” in one document and “Geeker Technology CO. LTD” in another, sharing a registration number.
Not all licenses offer equal protection. See our full comparison of crypto gambling licenses.
The Published Appeals Address Is Out of Date
The Terms tell dissatisfied players to escalate to Curaçao eGaming at complaints@curacao-egaming.com. That belongs to the old master-licence regime. Wikibet now holds a direct Curaçao Gaming Authority licence, so the escalation route published in its own terms points at the wrong body.
If you need to escalate, go to the CGA rather than the address in the terms.
Responsible Gambling: Permanent or Nothing
The Responsible Gaming policy offers exactly one tool, and states it in four words: “Self Exclusion is permanent.” No cooling-off period, no one-month or six-month option, no timeout. Email support and that is the end of your account.
The Terms of Service describe something different: definite and indefinite exclusions, deposit and wager limits, with 24-hour and seven-day revocation windows. Two documents, two answers, and the Responsible Gaming page is the one a worried player will actually open.
For comparison, Fairspin offers a 2-day cool-off. Wikibet offers permanent closure or nothing, which pushes people toward doing neither.
The same policy page still reads “Company refers to Curacao Co”, a template placeholder nobody filled in, and it was last updated in March 2023.

📌 Verdict: The licence is the real strength here. The safer-gambling provision is the weakest in our review set, and the published appeals address points at a regulator that no longer licenses this operator.
📞 Customer Support & Reputation

Support
Email at support@wikibet.com plus an FAQ. Every route in every policy document points to the same address, which at least keeps things simple. No phone line, and no live chat advertised in the footer.
Trustpilot
A claimed profile since July 2025 with 4 reviews and a 3.0 rating, three of them in the last twelve months. The split is 25% five-star and 75% one-star. Wikibet replied to 33% of negative reviews, typically within 24 hours.
Four reviews is not a reputation in either direction. One more review of either kind moves the score by a quarter. The named comments include an affiliate non-payment complaint and one positive review describing the site as good to use with a deposit flow that looked shady and a payout that went through without issue.
What that means practically: you cannot lean on the public record here, so the terms do all the work. And the terms contain a 10% withdrawal fee and a €5,000 monthly ceiling.
📌 Verdict: Reply speed looks fine, but four reviews tells you nothing. Judge this one on its documents, and its documents are not generous.
Final Verdict – Wikibet Casino Review 🎯
Reviewed

Our score:

Wikibet scores 2.5/5. The product improved a lot in 2026 and the cashier did not improve at all.
What works: a verifiable Curaçao Gaming Authority licence under a named company, which puts it ahead of Rollino, JettBet and Casino Joy on the single question of whether anyone is accountable. A provider filter with genuine depth behind it, Spinomenal at 541 titles, Red Tiger at 274, Skywind at 253, plus Hacksaw, NetEnt, Nolimit City, Evolution and Big Time Gaming. Published KYC thresholds instead of vague discretion. A welcome bonus at 60/100, middling rather than a trap. And a 30-month dormancy rule that returns your money rather than confiscating it.
What does not: a 10% fee on e-wallet withdrawals, deducted from your winnings, among the weakest in our review set, which most operators here don’t charge. A €5,000 monthly payout ceiling set at Wikibet’s own discretion. A rule that blocks withdrawals entirely if three months pass without a deposit, forcing you to fund the account again to access your own balance. A €5 monthly fee that starts eating an idle balance from month 13. Self-exclusion that is permanent or nothing. And an appeals address in the terms pointing at a regulator that no longer licenses the site.
Four Trustpilot reviews means the public record cannot help you here, so the documents are the whole story, and the documents charge you to leave.
Play small, withdraw by card or crypto rather than e-wallet, and keep depositing if you want your balance to stay reachable.
✅ Best For: Small-stakes slot players who want real provider depth and a licence number they can verify.
❌ Avoid If: You withdraw by e-wallet, you win more than €5,000 a month, you play in bursts with months off, or you need a short break rather than a permanent exit.

Co-founder, CoinBettors
I co-founded CoinBettors and I write and rate every review on it. I’ve spent eight years in iGaming, first running sportsbook CRM for an operator with over a million players, then leading content and SEO at Raketech, and I’ve bet NBA and MLB seriously for close to a decade. My picks are tracked publicly on Betstamp.
So I review sites the way I use them: real deposits, real withdrawals, and the full Terms read before anything gets a rating. Affiliate commission keeps the site running. It doesn’t buy a score, which is why MyStake dropped to 3.5 stars in September 2026, and PalmSlots sits on our list marked Not Recommended.

Wikibet Casino Frequently Asked Questions – FAQ
Is Wikibet legit?
Yes, in the sense that matters most: Wikibet is operated by Geeker Technology N.V., registered in Curaçao under company number 156493, with a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence numbered OGL/2024/251/0130 issued on 28.08.2025. That is a verifiable licence under a named company. The weak points are commercial rather than existential: a 10% e-wallet withdrawal fee, a €5,000 monthly payout ceiling, and only 4 Trustpilot reviews.
Does Wikibet charge withdrawal fees?
Yes. The Terms of Service state a 10% fee on e-wallet transfers and the full actual bank fee on bank transfers, both deducted from your withdrawn winnings. Withdraw €1,000 to an e-wallet and €100 is kept. Use a card or crypto route if one is available to you.
How much can I withdraw from Wikibet per month?
Wikibet states it can decide by its own standards that the maximum payout is €5,000 per month, with anything larger paid in instalments until the full amount is reached. It may choose to pay a larger sum at once, but is not obliged to.
What happens if I do not deposit for three months?
No withdrawals are accepted once three months have passed since your last successful deposit, and a new minimum deposit is required to unlock the account. This applies to money already in your balance, so returning players must fund the account again before cashing out.
What is the Wikibet welcome bonus?
The current EUR offer, Welcome Quest, is 100% up to €600 with a €20 minimum deposit, 35x wagering, a €5 maximum bet per spin, 14-day validity and a €2,000 maximum win. Note that the Campaign Terms state 40 times the bonus plus deposit for EUR accounts, so confirm the wagering base with support before claiming.
Is the Wikibet bonus worth taking?
It scores 60/100, which is average. Slots contribute 100% while live, arcade and table games contribute only 10%, 35 named slots are excluded, the sportsbook is barred from wagering entirely, and winnings are capped at €2,000.
Does Wikibet Casino require KYC?
Yes, in three steps with published thresholds. Everyone completes a basic profile before withdrawing. Step two triggers at $2,000 in or out and needs an ID photo with a handwritten six-digit code plus a face photo. Step three triggers at $5,000 and requires source of wealth, freezing the account until resolved. In medium-risk countries those drop to $1,000 and $2,500.
What happens to an inactive Wikibet account?
After 12 months without logging in, a €5 monthly maintenance fee starts from month 13, following one reminder email and a 30-day window to log in. If the balance is under €5, the whole balance may be taken. At 30 months the account is dormant and the balance is remitted to you, or used for responsible-gaming causes only if you cannot be located after five years’ notice.
Can I take a break from Wikibet?
Not a short one. The Responsible Gaming policy offers self-exclusion only and states plainly that it is permanent, arranged by emailing support. The Terms of Service describe definite and indefinite exclusions with revocation windows, so the two documents disagree, but the policy page most players will read offers permanent closure or nothing.
Are Wikibet casino games good?
The lobby is the strongest part of the site. The provider filter shows Spinomenal with 541 titles, Red Tiger 274, Skywind 253, BGaming 231, Endorphina 194, VoltEnt 190 and Hacksaw Gaming 180, alongside NetEnt, Nolimit City, Evolution Gaming, Novomatic, Quickspin, Big Time Gaming, Playson, Spribe and more.
