Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 22, 2026

These terms apply to your use of coinbettors.net. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Who Runs CoinBettors?

CoinBettors is operated by Rankblitz Ltd., a company registered in Malta. “We”, “us” and “our” in these terms mean Rankblitz Ltd.

What Is CoinBettors?

CoinBettors publishes reviews, ratings, guides and bonus information about crypto casinos and sportsbooks. We are not a gambling operator. We don’t accept bets, run games, hold player funds or process deposits or withdrawals, and we have no control over the sites we review.

Who Can Use the Site?

You must be 18 or older, or older if the law where you live sets a higher gambling age, such as 21 in most US states. If you’re under that age, you may not use this site.

Online gambling is restricted or illegal in some countries and regions. It’s your responsibility to check that gambling, and the specific site you choose, is legal where you are before you sign up or deposit. Reviewing or linking to a site doesn’t mean it’s legal or available in your location.

How Should You Use Our Reviews?

  • Ratings are opinions. Our ratings are our honest judgement, based on our own testing and our reading of each operator’s Terms at the time of review. They’re not guarantees about how a site will treat you.
  • Information changes. Operators change bonuses, limits, KYC rules and Terms without telling us. We update our content regularly, but always check the current terms on the operator’s own site before you deposit or claim a bonus. If our page and the operator’s Terms disagree, the operator’s Terms apply to your account.
  • Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice. Gambling involves the risk of losing money, and crypto adds price risk on top. Only gamble with money you can afford to lose.

How Do We Make Money?

Many links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up with an operator, we may earn a commission from that operator. You don’t pay anything extra. Commission never decides a rating or a position in our rankings, and we publish negative findings about partners too. Read our editorial policy for how reviews are made.

What About Your Dealings With Operators?

Your account, deposits, bets, bonuses, withdrawals and any disputes are between you and the operator, under the operator’s own terms. We aren’t a party to that relationship and can’t reverse decisions, release funds or guarantee payouts. If an operator treats you unfairly, tell us at info@coinbettors.net. We can’t intervene on your behalf, but we do use player reports when we update our reviews.

Can You Use Our Content?

All text, ratings, images, logos we created, tables and data on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may quote short extracts with a clear link back to the original page. You may not copy, republish or scrape our content, reviews or bonus data, in whole or in large part, without our written permission.

Operator names and logos belong to their owners and appear here only to identify the sites we review.

What Can’t You Do on the Site?

Don’t try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, run automated scraping or bots against it, or use it for anything unlawful. We can block access for anyone who does.

Limits of Our Liability

We provide this site as it is and as available. We work hard to keep it accurate, but we can’t promise that every detail is correct or current at all times, or that the site will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for gambling losses, for anything an operator does or fails to do, including refusing or delaying a withdrawal, confiscating a balance or closing an account, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that can’t be limited or excluded by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Privacy

How we handle data is explained in our privacy policy.

Which Law Applies?

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you’re a consumer living in the EU, you keep the protection of any mandatory rules of the country where you live and can bring a claim in your local courts.

If you have a complaint about the site, please contact us first. Most issues are sorted out faster by email than any other way.

Other Terms

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we haven’t given it up. If these terms are ever translated, the English version applies in case of any conflict.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when the site or the law changes. We’ll change the date at the top when we do, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
